Men's Basketball Split Games Over Weekend

The Men's Basketball team split two games over the weekend, both on the road. The first was a Friday night victory over Penn State Mont Alto, 77-70. Our defense was the key in the game, only allowing PSU Mont Alto to shoot 36,7% from the field. We also shot 7-12 from behind the arc, which was a major factor. Levaugn Souls led the team on offense with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Devaughn Roberts added 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals, and Kevin Silverberg had 10 points.

Saturday night was a different story, as we lost to Penn State York 64-56. The offense struggled to find its stroke, only shooting 30.6%. Jordan Williams was our leading scorer, with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Soules had 9 points and 10 rebounds, and Nick Doolin contributed 8 points.

Currently, we are ranked 9th in the USCAA rankings, moving up one spot from last week. The team's next game will be tomorrow night, on the road against Penn State Hazleton. The game will start at 8pm.
